Neeraj Sharma (Co-Founder)
Mr. Neeraj Sharma with 30 years of experience in the field of Electrical Engineering, Automation systems & Skill Education sector. An accomplished businessman. Neeraj, an Electronics Engineer by qualification started his career with Allen-Bradley India in 1988, where he had a number of large and critical projects to his credit. In 1994, he started Sofcon Systems an engineering and automation company, which is a valued channel partner for last 21 years to technology companies like Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls and Honeywell.
Neeraj is also the founder of Sofcon India training, a pioneer in Industrial trainings in India which is an NSDC affiliate working for the Government’s “Skill India Mission” and delivering technical trainings for the electronic skill sector aimed at 100000 placements of trained students by year 2020.
Neeraj with his strong business & organisational skills and a penchant for customer satisfaction developed his organisations into high performing teams which enjoy the patronage of a large number of highly satisfied customers in the industry.
Bhagwan Singh (Co-Founder)
Mr. Bhagwan Singh with 30+ yrs of experience in Avionics Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication and Training, Bhagwan is an MBA(Marketing) and MLM (Masters in Labour Management).
Bhagwan is Founder of Sofcon Training along with Neeraj Sharma. A humble beginning in 2006 from Noida with a team of 4 employees, a training infra of 500 sqf, Bhagwan with his excellent people skills, business and organisational skills has grown Sofcon India Pvt Ltd into an enterprise having 100+ employees, operations in 6 states. With his motivational skills and ‘Employee first’ mantra Sofcon has grown into a company of self motivated employees, having trained 70000+ satisfied customers.
A responsible corporate citizen and committed for good governance Sofcon is NSDC National Skill Development Corporation (MSDE-GOI) affiliated and Funded partner and is part of ‘Skill India Mission’.
Pushkar Bajpayee (Director)
Mr. Pushkar Bajpayee, A retired veteran with over 32 years of experience in Electrical, Avionics and Instrumentation Engineering with Cross Functional Expertise; Pushkar Bajpayee with a Post graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Welingkar college, Undergraduate degree from Lucknow University joined Sofcon in 2006. Having expertise in Electrical Engineering and Automation, he held key positions since the inception of the company. He was Regional Head North India from 2010 to 2013, Promoted to VP in 2013.
Pushkar Bajpayee joined Sofcon Board as Director on 01 Oct 2017. Result-oriented individual with positive outlook, he developed and strengthened teams and scaled up efficiency and effectiveness of the business. Being amongst India’s top skill training companies, Sofcon India Pvt. Ltd. is a National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) partner and a part of ‘Skill India Mission’.
